These Appointment and Booking Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all appointments and bookings made at Dr Rasha Clinic. By scheduling an appointment or making a booking with our clinic, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before making any appointments or bookings.
General
All appointments of Dr Rasha Clinic are subject to availability. Dr Rasha Clinic reserves the right to change booking availability and remove services where we see fit.
Below are general terms and conditions to be adhered to when visiting our clinic:
- Age: To proceed with any of our doctors treatments, you must be over 18 years. Please bring a form of ID (either a passport or driving license) as proof of age and address for your medical questionnaire upon arrival.
- Animals Attending Clinic: We are unable to allow pets into the clinic for hygiene reasons, however if you require a support animal to accompany you to your appointment, please let our team know so we can accommodate as best as possible.
- Children Attending Clinic: At Dr Rasha Clinic, we are not able to accommodate unattended children in our treatment rooms or reception area. Our team are not trained or insured for looking after children and we ask all clients to refrain from bringing their children with them.
- Food In Clinic: When attending your appointment, we ask you bring no hot food into the clinic and treatment rooms as well as to not eat in the waiting area or treatment rooms. For hygiene reasons, should you bring any food with you to clinic, please ensure it is securely storaged in your bag or still in an unopened package.

Cancellation Policy
At Dr Rasha Clinic, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional service. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients efficiently, we have established the following cancellation policy.
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Any deposits made for your appointment can be transferred to your next scheduled appointment if the cancellation notice falls within the 48-hour window. However, please note that deposits cannot be refunded for cancellations made within the 48-hour mark.

Our team are available Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm. Additionally, we offer an out-of-hours call service, allowing you to leave a message should you need to reach us outside our regular hours.
Deposits
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required when booking an appointment with our doctors. All deposits can be used towards your treatments should you cancel within 48 hours or reschedule.
Treatment Packages
At Dr Rasha Clinic, we offer treatment packages to provide you with the best aesthetic solutions for rejuvenating your skin. To ensure the optimal use of these packages, please be aware of the following terms and conditions:
- Useage Period: All treatment courses included in our packages must be utilised within 18 months of date of purchase
- Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: Please note that all treatment courses at Dr Rasha Clinic are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, the treatment course is intended for your use only and cannot be transferred to another individual.
- Balances And Flexibility: While the packages are non-refundable, we understand that individual circumstances may change. Balances for any outstanding treatments within the package can be transferred to alternative aesthetic treatments offered at our clinic should this be needed. Any transfers to other treatments must be discussed with your practitioner before this takes place.
- Tailored Treatment: Your satisfaction is our priority. During the course of your treatment package, we may recommend adjustments or changes to your treatment program to better meet your individual needs. Rest assured, we will work with you to ensure you achieve the results you desire but we cannot guarantee results.

Promotional Offers
We are pleased to provide offers to our valued clients. To ensure a fair and consistent application of these offers, please take note that all offers are limited to one per person. All our promotional offers can also not be used in conjunction with any other offer or product purchases. They are intended to be standalone and may not be combined.
Gift Vouchers
Dr Rasha Clinic offers gift vouchers to provide a special experience for your loved ones. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable use of these vouchers, please take note of the following terms and conditions:
- Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable for Cash: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are intended for use at Dr Rasha Clinic only.
- Validity: Each gift voucher will clearly state its validity period, indicating how long it remains valid. Please ensure to use the voucher within this specified timeframe.
- One Voucher per Person: Gift vouchers are limited to one voucher per person. Each recipient may redeem a gift voucher only once.
- Restrictions on Use: Gift vouchers cannot be used for medical or injectable treatments and may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. They are standalone and cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Remember to Bring Your Voucher: When you visit Dr Rasha Clinic for your appointment, please remember to bring your gift voucher with you. Presenting the voucher will help us process your gift and ensure a smooth experience.
